Cole Voyles is an Associate of the Lagos Retail Group at Marcus & Millichap, a top-producing investment sales team that specializes in the sale of retail properties in the South-Central United States. Cole advises clients on the acquisition and disposition of shopping center properties in Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, and New Mexico.

Cole serves diverse clientele, including private investors, family offices, private equity funds, and REITs. His extensive transaction experience and industry knowledge have enabled him to cultivate strong relationships with his clients by adding real value to them and their projects. Committed to understanding each client’s needs and challenges, he works to effectively align strategies to help them achieve their goals.

Cole graduated from Southern Methodist University with a B.S. in Economics with Financial Applications.
